Alignment on how decisions are made, how disagreement is handled, and how feedback is given. Three concrete behaviours, not a vibe.
Make it testable
Write down the three behaviours. Give every interviewer the same prompts. Score them like you would score any other competency. Now you have culture fit you can defend.
