How is the fee actually calculated?
We look at role seniority, market scarcity, and expected time-to-hire. You get one number, in writing, before any sourcing starts.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Replacement terms are agreed upfront in your engagement letter, plus Spinwell Engage flags issues early, most often before they become exits.
Do you really never charge a percentage?
Correct. Same flat fee whether the salary lands at £60k or £160k. We are not incentivised to inflate offers.
How fast is a shortlist?
Five working days is typical. Niche or executive roles may take longer. We'll tell you at brief.
Is Spinwell Engage really free?
Yes. Six months of structured check-ins is included on every flat fee placement. No bolt-on, no upsell.
