What would your last team say frustrated them about working with you?
Self-awareness lives or dies on this question. Vague answers like 'high standards' tell you nothing. Specific friction points are gold.
Why this role, this company, right now?
The answer separates the candidates who are running toward you from the ones who are running away from somewhere else.
