For years, the Spinwell Global team kept having the same conversation with funded startup founders. They needed to hire. They did not trust agencies. They had been burned by percentage fees, slow processes, and consultants who disappeared after placement.

The existing recruitment model was not built for startups — and no amount of adapting it was going to fix that. The answer was not to tweak what already existed. The answer was to build something new, from scratch, designed entirely around how startups actually work.
